This website is operated by JiangSu InGen MillTek Co., Ltd. (brand InGen MillTek) and its affiliated company Jiangyin Yinjiang Machinery Co., Ltd.; their registered Chinese names are 江苏银江精密科技有限公司 and 江阴市银江机械有限公司. To understand which countries and regions our visitors come from and which content is useful, the website's own statistics program records each page view: the page and time, the referring website (domain only), campaign tags in the link (utm parameters), phone or computer, and your IP address with the country or region derived from it.

The country or region is looked up on our own server in offline data from DB-IP; your IP address is not sent to any other company for this.

To estimate the number of visitors, your IP address and browser details are turned into a code using a random key that is valid for one day; the key is deleted the next day, so visits on different days are not combined into one visitor. The browser details themselves are not stored; the IP address stored with each page view is cleared after 90 days.

We also count clicks on contact and social media links (WhatsApp, WeChat, phone, email, YouTube, Facebook) and measure how long the first page of a visit takes to load (time until the server starts to respond, until content first appears and until the largest piece of content appears). These records hold only the page, the country or region, phone or computer and, for clicks, the visitor code, and help us learn which contact channels customers use and improve loading speed.

The statistics use no cookies, are not used for advertising and are not sold; apart from the delivery service described under “Website delivery”, they are not shared with third parties. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record statistics for your visit.

We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used and which markets it reaches.

This website does not use cookies to track visitors. Your browser's session storage (cleared when you close the tab) remembers the page where this visit started, the last page you viewed before the contact page, the address of the referring page (without query parameters) and campaign tags. If you submit an inquiry, these are sent to us with it and appear in the inquiry notification email. Local storage remembers when the home-page intro last played, so it plays at most once every 24 hours.

When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the name, company, email, phone, WeChat, country or region, equipment of interest and requirements you enter, together with the page information described above, and we record the country or region of your IP address (the IP address itself is not stored with the inquiry).

We use this information to answer your inquiry and for related business communication, on the basis of your request. After you submit it, our company email system sends a notification containing the full inquiry to the person responsible. We also count inquiries by source page, referring website and the country or region of the IP address to understand which markets and content lead to inquiries; this count is not affected by Do Not Track settings. Inquiries are kept in the website's back office and our company mailbox for business correspondence; you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

IP addresses in the visit records are cleared automatically after 90 days; the country or region and the other visit statistics are deleted after 400 days.

Server access logs kept for security and troubleshooting (IP address, no browser details) are rotated and deleted regularly.

The website server is in Hong Kong, China. The server makes a database backup every day (accessible to administrators only) and keeps it for 30 days; encrypted copies (including full backups made before version upgrades) are kept on storage owned by our company for 12 months; backups are used only to recover from failures. Backups contain the visit records (including IP addresses not yet cleared) and inquiries as they were at the time; deletion requests are carried out in the website database and our mailbox, and existing backups are not edited one by one but are deleted when they expire.

Inquiry notification emails are kept in the Alibaba Cloud enterprise mailbox our company uses.

The English site (www.jyyjjx.com) is delivered through Amazon CloudFront edge locations worldwide: requests (including your IP address) and form submissions pass through them to our server, and pages (for up to about five minutes), images, videos and program files may be cached there. We have not enabled CloudFront access logs. The Chinese site (www.jyyjjx.cn) is served directly from our Hong Kong server.

You can email fred@jyyjjx.com to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to object to the visit statistics. We will respond as soon as we have verified your request.

Our pages do not load third-party analytics, advertising or social media scripts. Links such as WhatsApp, YouTube and Facebook open third-party services, whose own privacy policies apply.
