Selecting a tube mill: start with your production mix
A diameter range is only a starting point. List material, sizes, wall thickness, product mix, cut length and quality needs before comparing configurations.

YJ-102 high-frequency tube mill for medium-diameter round, square and rectangular tube; round tube OD 50–114 mm.
All 12 models at one scale (largest round OD)
Drawn to scale · OD, wall and speed are separate ranges, not simultaneous limits; actual capability depends on material and final configuration.
YJ-102 is for medium-diameter, medium-wall round, square and rectangular tube. Its diameter, wall thickness and speed range is in the specification list and model comparison table below. Its range lies between YJ-89 and YJ-114, so compare the three against your regular sizes.
A complete line consists of the uncoiler, leveler, shear and butt welder, spiral accumulator, forming and sizing mill, high-frequency welder, flying saw and run-out table, with rollers tooled for the product. Round, square and rectangular tube are made on the same mill by changing rollers.
Please tell us the material, tube shape, size and wall thickness range, target speed and cut length, and whether you are building a new line or replacing existing equipment. If you have not chosen a model, describe the product and we will recommend one.
The uncoiler, leveler, shear & butt welder and spiral accumulator are matched to the strip material, width and thickness and the line speed, and the uncoiler also to the coil weight and diameters; the configuration is set per project.
Enter a target OD to see which models cover it. Neighbouring ranges overlap, so wall, material and output also decide the choice.
Size, wall thickness and speed are not independent combinations. Actual capability depends on material, finished-product requirements and the final equipment configuration.
These are renders of a 3D model of the line showing the type of equipment, not photographs of the YJ-102; the configuration is defined in each project's technical agreement.
