What it makes and how the line is built

YJ-254 is for large-diameter, heavy-wall round, square and rectangular tube. Its diameter, wall thickness and speed range is in the specification list and model comparison table below. Its neighbors are YJ-219 and YJ-273.

A complete line consists of the uncoiler, leveler, shear and butt welder, spiral accumulator, forming and sizing mill, high-frequency welder, flying saw and run-out table, with rollers tooled for the product. Round, square and rectangular tube are made on the same mill by changing rollers.

The uncoiler, leveler, shear & butt welder and spiral accumulator are matched to the strip material, width and thickness and the line speed, and the uncoiler also to the coil weight and diameters; the configuration is set per project.
